Group Lessons
Group lessons are a good start for anyone, whether you're an introvert or extrovert. Here you can workout with a partner and develop a skill while experiencing hands on applications of martial arts training.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are wonderful and will enhance your skills and knowledge with one on one workout with your master instructor.

Semi-Private Lessons
Semi-Privates are good for families who like to workout together with a common interest and for convenience.

Martial Arts Camps
Martial Arts Camps are offered during the summer and are schedule for one week out of every month. The camps are held Monday thru Friday for 1 and 1/2 hours. Each day of the camp is focused on a specific martial arts discipline. All camp participants are supplied with all needed materials.

School Vacation Mini Camps
School Vacation Mini Camps are camps designed to introduce all children to basic theory and concepts of karate. The camp runs for 1 hour per day using 4 days of the vacation

Self Defense Clinic
Self Defense Clinics are clinics set up with the purpose of three dimensional training concepts being introduced. You will learn theories and psychological emotions of attacks, different types of attacks, and pros and cons of what to carry on your person.

Corporate Workout Classes
Corporate Workouts are offered to corporations who set aside an hour of their employees time to train them in stress reduction and physical intervention for a more productive and motivated employee.
