The center has early morning workout classes for any age.

Children Group Lessons    45 min class

The Center trains you with an approach and structure to develop Confidence, Self Esteem, Discipline, Physical Education and Self Defense. You will be introduced and educated with age appropriate exercise and martial arts movements. Here is a breakdown of what you will learn and expect from this Martial arts training center.

The Center trains the children with an educational approach and format to develop confidence, Self Esteem, Focus, Discipline and Deflection of Bullying.  What your child will be introduced and educated with is age appropriate.

Ages 3 to 4 years  push up, sit up, jumping jacks, balance exercise, motor movements such as kicking, punching to promote and develop a healthy sound & strong body. Utilization of focus pads to develop focus and concentration.  Develop discipline and respect through example of role play and teaching the child how to follow directions. Reinforce performance by empowering the child with positive and constructive behavior dialogue
 


 

Ages 5 to 12
An introduction to the martial arts curriculum with a focus on educating the child in the many types of martial arts. Begin a physical training regime of different methods of martial arts movements. develop concentration and self-esteem confidence physical fitness and methods to ward off bullying. Hands on martial arts training in a controlled environment for the safety of the student, the student will learn age appropriate skill sets Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu, Shaolin 5 animal system and Kenpo movements. The child will be in a structured environment being taught all aspects of a complete martial arts system.  what makes this center unique is, there is always a martial arts lesson to be learned as well as a past martial arts lesson to be practiced. 

 

 Adult Group Lessons 45 min class

An introduction to the martial arts curriculum with a focus on educating and training you in the many types of martial arts. You will begin with a physical training regime of different methods of martial arts movements. you will develop concentration, self-esteem, confidence, physical fitness and self-defense techniques. You will receive hands on martial arts training in a controlled environment with the goal of safe but effective training practices. the student will develop hands and foot movement skill sets of Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu, Shaolin 5 animal system and Kenpo movements. you will be introduced to traditional martial arts weapons training applications and the self-defense applications against being attacked from the same type of weapon. You will be in a structured environment being taught all aspects of a complete martial arts system.  what makes this center unique is there is always a martial arts lesson to be learned as well as a past martial arts lesson to be practiced.

You will be trained in

Kickboxing


The aerobic kickboxing bag workout program here at the center has the dynamic kicks of Tang Soo Do and the Shaolin Kenpo hand maneuvers also known as Chinese Boxing. The kick boxing program has simple routines to keep all levels of physical fitness challenged. The core elements of this program is Build Endurance and Strength. Make your body more flexible. Relieve Stress, Tension, and low Self Esteem. Develop a cardio to regulate breathing.
The workout has 3 main parts with a specific strategy for optimum results. Warm up the body with low impact kick and punch routines. Dynamic core resistance exercises. High impact intensity aerobic coupled with kick and punch routines to elevate the heart rate The 45 min workout is completed with a cool down period consisting of Chi Kung and Yoga exercise routines. These exercises bring the heart rate back to a normal rate. The benefits of this kickboxing workout with others has been Losing Weight Reducing Blood Pressure Controlling your Diabetes
Develop coordination Body Tone Improve concentration and focus Developing Discipline Feeling better about themselves. This program has stand-alone heavy bags in part of the sessions. There is no contact or sparring involved in this class.  You will be developing kick and punch routines. Which could be used as a self-defense when coupled with one of our other martial arts classes.

Private Lesson’s 45 min class


Private lessons are scheduled by appointment. This is a one on one instruction workout. The lessons are taught in the morning and afternoons. Private lessons include the group lessons in the cost.

Semi-Private Lessons 45 min class
Private lessons are scheduled by appointment. This is a one on one instruction workout. The lessons are taught in the morning and afternoons. Private lessons include the group lessons.

Semi-Privates are 2 or 4 people max 

Tai Chi Classes 45 mins

The Center has a therapeutic class to develop flexibility, control stress, strengthen the body and enhance physical mobility through the Chinese method of Tai Chi. the method and discipline you will train with is the original style of Chen style Tai Chi. This was the first method developed in the Chen Village of the Henan Providence of China. The class will show you methods of movement to develop your Chi through the 64 forms of the movements. This will help you to stay healthy and active.  There are am classes and pm classes.

Martial Arts Camps

Martial Arts Camps are offered during the summer and are schedule for one week out of every month. The camps are held Monday thru Friday for 1/2 days and full days. 8am to 4pm each day of the camp is focused on a specific martial arts discipline. All camp participants are supplied with all needed materials.

School Vacation Mini Camps

School Vacation Mini Camps are camps designed to introduce all children to basic theory and concepts of karate. The camp runs Monday thru Friday for 1/2 days and full days. 8am to 4pm each day.

 Self Defense Clinic

You will learn and develop different types of defenses against attacks. What will be covered in the seminar will be how to utilize and how to defend from:
Kicks and punches
Grabs
Aggressive people
Boundaries
Weapons
Other anxiety issues you feel need to be addressed.

These are scheduled by appointment with a minimum of 6 people.

This is a very popular and successful program that has proven results.

Women Self Defense Escape, Attack & Survive

These classes will be geared toward developing a strong core of ju-jitsu release movements combined with shaolin kenpo hand strikes and kicks, this seminar will teach and train you how to identify, diffuse and eliminate any type of physical,verbal and behavior threat/attacks. These classes are structured to be taught as
1 day intro class  (3 hours)
4 or 8 week course (1 and ½ hour) each session

Sunday morning class

These classes are taught separate from the regular schedule. A specific emphasis is focused on these programs. These are scheduled by appointment with a minimum of 6 people

This has a very high success rate of women who have experienced domestic violence and who are fearful while engaging in activities such as  running. walking , shopping , work related interactions. 

Parents of Autistic children (passive minimum invasive control methods)


This program supports parents of aggressive children on the autistic spectrum. The program will teach you a neutral approach to warding off a physical altercation where the child or young adult is stronger or over aggressive. The techniques you will learn will allow you feel more confident in their environment. This is a 4 week block of 1 hour sessions. You will be trained in a non-aggressive format to ward off, control and redirect the child or young adult where both will not be injured.

This program was designed by Grandmaster Kevin Bliss who develop these techniques in the field working with autistic children and adults.
