Master Bliss still maintains the discipline to keep him in good physical shape. He is still involved in the classes taught at his center. He believes in order to teach and show discipline one must lead by example. This is why you will most likely find him on the dojo floor executing flawless technique for his classes and maintaining the utmost respect from the black belts as well as the main student body.
Master Bliss philosophy is to introduce all aspects of martial arts to his student body, to allow the student to see the yin and yang principles. Experience the physical challenges (kick, punch, block, push up, pull up, sit up, run, grapple, fall, evade,) mental challenges (yes I can attitude) bullies, (confidence) self esteem, (overcome fear) learning disabilities (anger)
