This workout was created by Kevin Bliss with the objective and purpose of an all around complete workout for the body, mind, and spirit.

Training in this three dimensional workout you can expect to

KB KICKBOXING is performed on a special flooring that defers the constant shocking the body will endure in a high intensity cardio aerobic workout. Bag work fundamentals are also included, to enhance the strengthening and toning you will receive in this workout.

Note: KICKBOXING is a martial art and should only be taught by a qualified martial artist. Beware of programs that offer KICKBOXING but are just aerobic classes being instructed by non martial artist. KICKBOXING takes years to learn and instruct. Taking an 8 hour instructor certification class will not produce professional results in this short period of time.
